Cars parked at the extreme ends are-
We will start with (V is a Suzuki car and parked second from the right end and W is a Suzuki car and is parked at extreme right and no two cars parked with each other of according to alphabetical order(except two cars)) we got positions of V and W.Now from (S is four places away from R in left direction), we get two possible cases.
Now from (P is three places away from U in the rightdirection), we get positions of P and U in both cases. Now from (Q is two places away from T in left direction), we get the possible position of Q and T and case I will be eliminated here. Finally, from (More than three cars are parked between the Toyota cars and Car Q covers 35km and Car R cover 48km), we get the final arrangement as-
Which car is parked second to the right of Q?
Possible distance covered by P is-
How many cars are parked between U and P?
Which of the following are Toyota cars?
There are different number of flats in each floor of a eight storey building. The lowermost floor of the building is numbered one, the one above that is numbered two and so till the topmost floor is numbered eight. Area of floor is 750 ft which is equal for each floor. Floor 5 has 8 numbers of flats above the floor which has 3 flats. There are more than one floor between the floor which contains 3 flats and which contains 10 flats but less than three floors. The number of floors between the floor number 5 and floor which has 5 flats is equal to the number of floors between floor number 7 and which contains 4 flats. Only one floor is between first floor and flat which has a area of 375 sq ft. There are no floors between the floor which contains 8 flats and which has 3 flats. Only two floors are between floors which contain flat size of area 50sq ft each and floor 4. Floor of flat size 250sq ft each is above the floor number 2. Floor which has 5 flats is below the floor which has 4 flats. Neither floor 2 nor floor 1 contains 10 flats. One of the floors has 6 flats.
Which of the following floor has 6 flats?
1. Floor 5 has 8 numbers of flats above the floor which has 3 flats. There are more than one floor between the floor which contains 3 flats and which contains 10 flats but less than three floors. There are no floors between the floor which contains 8 flats and which has 3 flats.
2. Only one floor is between first floor and flat which has a area of 375 sq ft. Area of floor is 750 ft which is equal for each floor. Hence, floor 3 has 2 flats.
3. Only two floors are between floors which contain flat size of area 50sq ft each and floor 4. Hence, floor 1 has 15 flats. Neither floor 2 nor floor 1 contains 10 flats. This is not possible in case 1. So, case 2 is correct.
4. The number of floors between the floor number 5 and floor which has 5 flats is equal to the number of floors between floor number 7 and which contains 4 flats. Floor which has 5 flats is below the floor which has 4 flats. One of the floors has 6 flats.
Hence, floor 2 has 6 flats.
What is the area of each flat in floor number 8?
Hence, area of each flat of floor 8 is 187.5 sq ft.
Which of the following floor has highest number of flats?
Hence, floor 1 has highest number of flats.
Four of the following are alike in a certain way and hence form a group. Which of the following does not belong to that group?
Hence, except the one which has area of 150 sq ft of each flat all other are related to odd number of floors.
How many floors are between the one which has 4 flats and the one which has area of 50 sq ft of each flat?
Hence, six floors are there between the one which has 4 flats and the one which has area of 50 sq ft of each flat.
