Govt. of Bihar—recruitment 2026 for 78 posts. Prelims-Exam Held On July 12, 2026 & Prelims Result Released On 12 August 2026. About the BPSSC SI Prohibition Recruitment 2026

The recruitment was initiated by BPSSC through Advertisement No. 03/2026 for 78 vacancies of Sub-Inspector (Prohibition). Applications for the same could be submitted online between 27th January 2026 and 27th February 2026.

The preliminary test was conducted on 12th July 2026 in one shift only.

BPSSC SI Prohibition Prelims Result 2026

BPSSC has announced the results of the prelims examination along with the cut-off marks for various categories. A total of 1,560 candidates, who are 20 times the number of vacancies, have qualified for the next round.

Now they are eligible to appear in the Main Written Exam.
