Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in any discipline, MBA, PGDM, LLB, BA+LLB (5 years), CA, B.Tech, or B.E. from a recognized institution.
Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in an officer cadre in banks, financial institutions, PSUs, or reputed companies is required.
Candidates with experience in project finance, corporate finance, treasury, credit loan accounting, NPA, or recovery will be preferred.

Age Limit (as of November 30, 2024)

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will start with a basic pay of ₹44,500/- per month.
The total cost to the company (CTC) for an Assistant Manager is approximately ₹19 lakhs per annum.

Selection Process
