A teacher can develop social values among students by behaving ideally. Value education is the process by which people give values to others. Values can take place at home, as well as in schools, colleges, universities and many more organizations. Values education can address to varying degrees are character, moral development, Religious Education, Spiritual development, citizenship education, personal development, social development and cultural development.

Teacher behavior ought to be idealistic. If the approach is idealistic, the teacher will hold up ideals for behavior.

A teacher should ask questions to the students to maintain interest among students in class.

Teacher should have a mastery over the subject-matter Proper seating arrangement, availability of teaching-learning resources depends on school infrastructure. Nature of the content depends on curriculum. But curriculum does not 'depend on teacher while mastery over subject matter solely depends on teacher.

Mnemonics or aiding the memory helps retain new information in the memory for an example a teacher can ask to remember “VIBGYOR” (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red) which will help student to recall the colour of rainbow.

It is estimated that students who are gifted and highly talented encompass 5 to 15% of the school age population. These advances students can have increased capabilities in academics, creativity, music, dance, art, and/or leadership. The following are recommended: 
1. Compact the curriculum and provide enrichment activities 
2. Implement a multi-level and multi-dimensional curriculum. 
3. Be flexible with the curriculum 
4. Make the curriculum student-centered.

In preparation, teachers introduce new material in relation to the students' existing knowledge or interests, so as to instill an interest in the new material.

In association, the new material is compared with the students' previous knowledge for similarities and differences, so as to note the new material's distinction. 
In generalization, the new material is extrapolated beyond concrete and material traits. 
In application, if the students have internalized the new material, they apply it towards every facet of their lives rather than in a utilitarian manner.

Benjamin Bloom states, which a home that maintains high intellectual aspirations, reinforces different types of intellectual performance, provides learning activities and emphasizes upon intellectual work habits, can encourage the growth of mental ability before the childs enters school.

Formative assessment is an important tool teachers can use to target students' learning needs. When teachers know what students know, they can better adjust their teaching to meet the kids right at their level. 
Term test is not an appropriate tool for Formative Assessment as it is a part of other type of assessment.
