Whether slow learners and bright children, both the groups come to school for success. In this respect, all individuals are alike. They seek recognition and strike for success. Ego is basically not changed by the mental age of the individual.

This is his adolescence  period. It is one of the most rapid phases of human development. It is the time when children dress to conform with their peers, form clubs, cliques or groups. They risk disapproval of adults if it means sanction of peers.

Such instructions will include the exact word to be spoken to the pupils, time limits, scoring instructions and conversation procedures. Behavior is autonomous when students freely endorse what they are doing in the classroom, and this inner endorsement of one's actions is most likely to happen when students' inner motivational resources guide their on-going classroom engagement.It includes not only greater perceived autonomy and greater psychological need satisfaction during learning activities but also greater classroom engagement, more positive emotionality, higher mastery motivation, greater intrinsic motivation, a preference for optimal challenge over easy success, higher creativity, enhanced psychological well-being, active and deeper information processing, greater conceptual understanding, higher academic achievement, and greater persistence in school.

For the creation of good classroom environment to facilitate children’s learning, a teacher needs to create a favourable environment for active participation of the child. A pupil if uses his own ideas in solving a numerical question, he should not be forced to do in the only way taught by the teacher. Compliance with teachers does not create a good environment.

Inclusive Education happens when children with and without disabilities participate and learn together in the same classes. Research shows that when a child with disabilities attends classes alongside peers who do not have disabilities, good things happen. In present education for disabled children is called Inclusive Education.

Assessment is done to find out the barriers in the learning process and these barriers can be removed by adopting the different teaching approach according to the children’s need. The assessment of students can be used by teachers in teaching to develop insight into changing the teaching approach according to the learner’s need. After a assessment a teacher can review which question do most the students choose or avoid, what will concepts students still find difficult etc.
