Teaching is just like an art for share something new and to do work for self satisfaction. So, if i have choice for selection then i select teaching profession and whatever salary is.

As a teacher i didn't compromise for discipline and manners in our college. So those students who are quarrelling outside of the campus i take some steps to know the root cause of that problem.

there is a likelihood of schools being affected by social ills these days, Optimistic is the one way to solve this kind of illness from school.

In such situation a teacher has responsibility to solve the issue friendly and carefully. It all depends upon teachers what does he/she react in that situation.

I will call them specify them that such type of conflicts is harmful for them as well as for other class also because they get a bad impact on them.

To develop the habit of respect to elders among student’s teachers himself should respect the elders in the college because students always follows teachers.

By this teacher also will set an example for the students.

I would like to take part in that function because education is a thing which increases our knowledge and clear doubt. I would like to attend that function and take a proper advantage of that lecture. I would also take part in the seminar to polish my knowledge, and to ask some questions related to seminar topics.

If any seminars arranged in their place. I would like to inform every college to come and attend the seminars because it is the right of every college to take the proper benefits. I will inform my friends about the seminar and also advice to attend the seminar.

Discipline is the most important factor for every institution. To make discipline among the teachers firstly I would like to implement in myself then tell them the importance and significance of discipline. 

love is the only thing that is keeping us alive on earth with morality. The feeling of love in among student will help the student to develop social virtue in morality and help them to be a moral being.
