    Assumptions:

    I.People cannot work efficiently without natural light.

    II.Artificial lights are harmful for eyes.

    In statement they say people can work more efficiently in natural light but they not mention that they can not work efficiently in artificial one. And we can see even second we can not assume that artificial light is harmful.
