    Solutions

    Let 50 paise coin be x and 25 paise coin be y.

    50x + 25y = 4250---------eq (1)

    x + y = 110

    x = 110 - y

    PUTTING the value of x in equation,

    50(110 - y) + 25y = 4250

    5500 - 50y + 25y = 4250

    1250 = 25y

    y = 50
