Loss of Citizenship

The Citizenship Act of 1955 deals with loss of citizenship also in addition to acquisition. Accordingly, it is carried by the following means:

1. By renunciation: Any person who has made declaration stating his willingness to renounce the citizenship shall cease to be the citizen of India.
2. By termination: If a person voluntarily or knowingly becomes citizen of any foreign country.
3. By deprivation.

Article 12 to 35 contained in Part III of the Constitution deal with Fundamental Rights.

According to Article 43 (a), the state will take steps to ensure that workers participate in the management of enterprises or organizations engaged in any industry. It has been added to the Directive Principles of State Policy by the 42nd Constitutional Amendment Act, 1976.

According to Article 75 (a) of the Constitution, the total number of ministers in the Council of Ministers, including the Prime Minister, shall not exceed 15 percent of the total members of the Lok Sabha. It was added by the 91st Constitution Amendment Act, 2003, the Prime Minister is also a Minister but he is the head of the Council of Ministers.

The Speaker of the Lok Sabha certifies if a financial bill is a Money Bill or not. 

A money bill can't be introduced in Rajya Sabha. Such bills can originate only in Lok Sabha. If it is a money bill , it can be only produced in the Lok Sabha i.e. the lower house and not in the Rajya Sabha {Art.109(1) }.

On violation of the fundamental rights given in Part-3, a person can directly go to the Supreme Court under the constitutional remedies given in Article-32, because the Supreme Court is an institution that guarantees Fundamental rights.

The Supreme Court has the power to issue writ under Article -32 of the Constitution and the High Court under Article -226. The difference is that the Supreme Court issues writ only for violation of Fundamental Rights whereas High Court can issue writ for fundamental right as well as legal right.

How many times a person can become Prime Minister is not mentioned in the Constitution of India. Therefore, a person can become Prime Minister many times. Only he could fulfill the necessary conditions for the post of Prime Minister.
