Khanwa's war took place on 16 March 1527, between the Mughal ruler Babur and Rana Sanga, the king of Mewar. In this war Babur gave the slogan of Jihad and after victory in this war Babur assumed the title of Ghazi.

Sher Shah demolished the Denpanaha built by Humayun in Delhi and built an old fort on its hoofs. Inside this fort, Sher Shah built the Qila-e-Kuhna Mosque in 1545 AD.

Sher Shah Suri started kabuliyat and patta system. He established direct relations with the farmers. Every farmer was given a lease and a kabuliyat was made. During Sher Shah's time, the land was divided into three classes Uttam, Madhyam and Nishit. About 1/3 of the yield was collected by the government as rent.

Sher Shah's tomb is located at a place called Sasaram in Shahabad, Bihar. This mausoleum is a beautiful example of a mixture of Hindu-Muslim architectural style. The interior of the mausoleum is furnished in accordance with Hindu architecture. The clear influence of Hindu and Islamic art can be seen on this.

Akbar established the Ibadatkhana at Fatehpur Sikri in 1575 AD for religious discussions. Earlier, people belonging to Muslim religion were called in Ibadatkhana, but after 1578 AD its doors were opened to all religions. Religious discussions were held on Thursday evening in the evening.

The East India Company was formed on December 31, 1600 AD by Queen Elizabeth-I at that time the ruler of India was the Mughal emperor Akbar.

Akbar's court historian Abul Fazl wrote a book called Akbarnama, inspired by Akbar. This book is divided into three sections. Ain-e-Akbari is the third section of this. Abin Fazl divided Ain-e-Akbari into five sections.

Akbar's contemporary was Rana Uday Singh, the ruler of the Sisodia dynasty of Mewar.

In 1564, Akbar attacked Gondwana (Garh Katanga) under the leadership of Asaf Khan. Rani Durgavati near Jabalpur .She himself led the war. Durgavati was defeated in the war between Garh and Mandla (in present-day Jabalpur district). Akbar asked to send the queen's beloved white elephant (Sarman) and his trusted Wazir Aadhar Singh as an offering to humiliate Rani Durgavati, but the queen turned down the demand.
