The original home of the gypsies was India. They are believed to have originated from 'Dom caste'. Gypsies have long believed they have origins in India, citing common Sanskrit words in their languages and photographs of darker-skinned ancestors in South Asian clothes, while earlier research has offered some scientific support for their suspicions.

Pygmy tribes live in equatorial rain forests of Congo river basin in Africa. It is hunter-gatherer tribe. The Pygmy tribe traditionally live in single-family huts called mongulus, made of branches and leaves on the tree.

The pygmy tribe, inhabitant of Congo basin in Central Africa is mainly hunters and Gatherers. Rest are pastoral nomadic tribes.

Keystone species are a pioneer or basic species. Since community life is their way of living, they decide the ability of other species to persist in the community. Within biological communities, some species may be important in determining the ability of large number of other species to persist in the community. It has a disproportionately large effect on its environment relative to its abundance.

These crucial species are known as key stone species. Allopatric species are species having exclusive areas of geographic distribution. Sympatric species are species having overlapping area of geographical distribution. Threatened species are those which are under threat of extinction because of human beings destruction.

The Zulu is a tribe of South Africa. The Zulus are known for their culture and traditions. The famous war of Isandlwana was fought between the British and the Zulus in 1879.

The Bushmen tribe lives in the Kalahari Desert.

The Sami (Lapps) tribe of Arctic Europe lives Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Russian Kola Peninsula. This region is known as the Scandinavian region.
