UPSC CAPF AC Exam Pattern 2026

UPSC CAPF Exam consists of 02 papers. Paper 1 and Paper 2.
Paper I will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) with a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer, and Paper II is in a descriptive format.
Paper I is of 2 hours duration, and Paper II is of 3 hours duration
Papers I & II will be in bilingual language & English, excluding the English paper
Paper I is a qualifying stage. Only those candidates who qualify for the Paper 1 exam will be checked for the Paper 2 exam.
