The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the IBPS PO/MT-XV Recruitment 2025 for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in various participating public sector banks. This recruitment process is for vacancies anticipated in the financial year 2026–27. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 1st July 2025 to 21st July 2025 at the official IBPS website. The selection process includes three phases: Preliminary ExaminationMain Examination, and Interview. Candidates must qualify in each phase to be considered for final appointment. Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit (as of 1 July 2025):
    Must be 20 to 30 years (born between 02 July 1995 and 01 July 2005, inclusive)

  • Educational Qualification:
    A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Age Relaxation:

    • SC/ST: 5 years

    • OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years

    • PwBD: 10 years

    • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
