Paper 1 will be on General Knowledge of Law for a total of 150 marks. Paper 2 will be on English for a total of 100 marks.

In Paper I, there will be negative marking of 1/4th of the marks for every wrong answer. Paper I will only of such candidates who appear in both papers would be assessed. Paper-II of only such candidates who score sufficiently high marks in Paper-I

RBI Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) Exam Pattern 2025
In Paper I, there will be negative marking of 1/4th of the marks for every wrong answer. The Paper-II examination will be of one hour duration, carrying 50 marks to assess candidates’ ability to undertake translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa, and basic knowledge of the Official Language Policy of the Government of India. Both papers 1 and 2 will be conducted on the same day without any break.

There will be negative marking for every wrong answer. For every wrong answer, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty. Question papers (except English language test) will be set bilingually in Hindi and English.

RBI Grade A and B 2025 Salary
The starting salary of an RBI Grade B officer is ₹55,200, which increases as candidates pass through various stages of the selection process. Apart from the basic pay, officers are entitled to several allowances, including special allowance, grade allowance, dearness allowance, and house rent allowance (HRA). Without HRA, the total monthly salary is around ₹1,22,717. Over 16 years, the salary can increase from ₹55,200 to ₹99,750. If the bank does not provide accommodation, officers will get an HRA of 15% of their basic pay.
