IBPS PO Salary Structure

The basic pay for an IBPS Probationary Officer starts at ₹48,480 and follows the pay scale of ₹48,480 – 2000/7 – 62,480 – 2340/2 – 67,160 – 2680/7 – 85,920. Along with the IBPS PO Salary, officers receive allowances such as DA, HRA, Special Allowance, and Transport Allowance, taking the approximate monthly gross salary to around ₹76,000, depending on the place of posting.
